GolfTips from a PGA Pro
by Rob Mulder

1. Show up on time. If your tee time is 9:55, that means tees in the ground at 9:55. Don't pull into the parking lot at 9:54 and expect to play.

2. Play "ready golf." Pay attention, be ready to play, and keep up with the group ahead of you. 18 holes should take no more than four hours and 15 minutes, so try to be mindful of your speed of play.

3. Take more club. If you think you hit your 8 iron 150 yards, and it's 155 yards to the center of the green, you will hit your 8 iron 145 yards.
